A short drive outside Ottawa, near the banks of the Mississippi River, is a place where puppets rule. August 11 &12, the uber-friendly community of Almonte turns its historic streets over to the seventh annual Puppets Up! International Puppet Festival.
International Puppet Performances for all ages including nearly 60 individual shows, daily parades and street entertainment. Each year, the festival welcomes puppet troupes from around the globe.
